Source of inspiration.

This is an article in a local newspaper about my grandmother. She started painting when she was 60 years old. She painted with oilpaint on glass.

I have the painting she's making on the photo in the old newspaper, about 50 years old. 

and below another view in grandma's house, filled up with paintings on every wall. Her name was Magdalena (Leentje) Onos and she was living at the Hillegommerdijk in Lisserbroek. The house isn't there anymore. 

The paintings of this Dutch "Grandma Moses" can be found in collections all over the world.
